I just watched this dangerous video: (Be warned: Brace yourself!)
I have no idea what this story is about. All I heard was fox, fox, and fox.
Anyway, I couldnt stop to wonder what words are said most, so I googled for a text version to do a simple check:
% wget https://ai.eecs.umich.edu/people/dreeves/Fox-In-Socks.txt % grep -io "[-'a-z]*" Fox-In-Socks.txt | tr '[:upper:]' '[:lower:]' | sort | uniq -c | sort -nr | head -20 37 sir 25 a 22 and 20 socks 20 in 18 fox 17 knox 16 on 13 mr 11 with 11 tweetle 11 battle 10 to 10 this 10 puddle 10 now 9 sews 9 i 8 you 8 new
sir is said most. (I think its safe to call it, inflection forms and plural form dont seem to change the fact)
The book is close to 840 words. Its not a long, but I am sure its hard to read.
If she reads this as bedtime story to kids, I am not sure the kids would ever want to go to sleep. She can read five times in ten minutes.
